Talent Management Program for Erste Bank

In July, the young potential leaders participating in the Erste Bank Hungary “High potential talent management” program presented their Action projects to the Erste  Board of Directors.  The projects, listed below, addressed important hot issues that could have an important impact on the transformation of the Bank and were very well received by the new CEO, Mr. Radovan Yelasity and other Board members.  The project sponsors expressed their appreciation and are presently deciding how to implement and put into practice the best proposals. Topics presented were:

 

  • Developing a system of incentives for mutual cooperation between KC and Retail
  • Strengthening the owner’s attitude through internal communication “Erste is my business”
  • A “Greener Erste”
  • Potential areas of cooperation between SME’s (small and medium sized businesses)
  • Retail – Corporate cooperation: Employer credit and loan structuring for corporate customers (for group account clients)
