Research Projects for the Hungarian Post

CEU Business School's Executive Education Programs department has completed 2 very significant research projects for the Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta Zrt.) which is one of the largest state owned companies as well as the largest employer in Hungary.
 
One of the projects were about "Restructuring the corporate organization based on SOA principles". SOA stands for Service Oriented Architecture and focuses on developing and operating an effective service portfolio.
  
The other project was about "Possible trends of communication channels and tools used by the young generations", where the focus was on identifying the needs and behavior of these young consumers and make proposals on how the Hungarian Post can develop products and services attractive to this mobile, highly independent and technically very knowledgeable group of people.
