Prof. Buzády delivers successful masterclass and workshop in Bucharest

Prof. Buzády, assistant professor of management and organizations, held a very successful masterclass and workshop at the Human Resource Club in Bucharest on April 11, 2012. Over 70 HR professionals attended the event, which covered the latest trends about Generation Y research and explored the new challenges and difficulties they create for traditional, company-wide performance measurement systems. Prof. Buzády has outlined that the Absorption-based Model of Leadership (AMoL) is a versatile tool for coping with these new realities of leadership.
