Addressing the challenges and opportunities of Entrepreneurship

This course is supported by

Common Sense Society, IvyPlus and INSEAD Alumni Association

  • Ever thought about starting up your own business but you lacked the courage?
  • Ever fancied being the employer instead of the employee but needed more know-how?
  • For everything else you wanted to know about Entrepreneurship but were afraid to ask…

If the answer is yes - this course is just for you; and be prepared for having fun!

Even if you are about to complete your MBA, your PhD or only started working with a company, sooner or later in your career you will have the opportunity to make your choice.

  1. It is never too soon getting prepared: Richard Branson set up a student magazine when he was just 16. You find the rest of the story under www.virgin.com
  2. And never too late to become an entrepreneur: Czech born Ray Kroc was 59 when he decided to buy out McDonald’s in 1961.The rest of the story is around your corner!
  3. Not possible to build a global champion in Hungary? Go and study the Nav N Go portal at http://www.navngo.com/pages/global/eng/startpage/

We look for highly motivated, self-starting individuals, aged between 25 and 35 with good English language skills. The participants will, under the tutorship of Peter Záboji (www.zaboji.com), have a chance to comprehend the nuts and bolts of enterprises, internalize a new attitude to business (small and large) and management. Our guest lecturers are serial entrepreneurs and private equity professionals from the business world. The course takes a whole new approach to ‘learning business’ with interactive class work, interviewing entrepreneurs and translating business ideas into ventures!

This is a weekly, Monday evening one-trimester Series, starting on 12 April 2010.
